Break up sad love poems are just terrible. They absolutely suck to write because they make you so miserable and sad.
And, when you read them again later on, they bring up painful memories.
I'm sure we wish we never had to write any sad poems at all, but they are part of life, a part of growing, and a part of learning.
With so many reasons for break-ups and the loss of love, it's easy to find sad love poetry to fit your individual situation.
Tonight, during an uneasy and trying time in my life, I wrote a sad break up poem to release my feelings and fears.
No break up has occurred between my Love and I, but during the time we can't be together, (and so I don't go crazy), it's easiest for me to write about a fictional break up.

I destroy all inner peace
I wash away my feelings for you
I erase your face
I don't believe your promises
I spit away your taste
I don't remember anything about you
I allow myself to hate
I go through my life without you
