A Burning Pain Inside
Couldn't Figure It Out So Much I Wanted To Cry
Jumped Up Looked In The Mirror
All Seams Well On The Outside
But I Have This Annoying Chest Pain
it's Tearing Me Up Inside
Gotta Go To The Doctor To See Whats Going On Inside
Doc I Got A Pain That Just Wont Go Away
She Checked My Vitals Took My Temp
All Systems Are A Go
But Doc The Pain Persists What Else Can It Be
She Put Her Hand On My Chest Then Her Ear To Listen
I'm Sorry To Say You Suffer From
A Mistreated Broken Heart For Which There's No Cure
That's The Story Of My Chest Pain
