Fantasys and Dreams

it hurts
it burns
i choose now
to be concerned

for i've chopped my wrist
and it's bleeding
like a rapid river

it flows and flows
but nobody knows
how badly it hurts

and then i blink
and everything goes dark
the pain no longer stings

but i also can't see anything
it's dark
pitch black

i see red eyes
a trail appearss in front of me
the devils coming for my life
i've sinned too much and trusted god too little

i wish i was a kid again
therefore, i'll never be concerned
about the bleeding burns

because i was too young to know
or care about these pains
about the boys and the friends

i grew up without concerns
no friends to backstab or hurt
i'm use to being alone

so why am i still concerned
i am no one special in this world
so i close my eyes as the devil nears

then lights shine through my eyelids
and cause me to flicker my eyes open
and as my eyes open i realize he's standing over me,
picking me up, carrying me away from that dreadful place

i close my eyes and start to fade away
but the devil appears
he's in front of my face
he's dragging me back toward hells gates

but then i see him again
he's blocking the way to hells gates
he attacked the red man

grabbed my hand and ran
we then stop and he looks me in the eyes
says goodbye, says i'll see you soon

i reach for him but soon he was gone
i awake in a hospital room
with stitches in my arm

he soon shows up in the hospital doorway
and never leaves my side
soon i fall asleep and when i awake
everything turned back to reality
