Surround you...

Alone an unforgiving water
Lonely secrets are my friend.
I feel the cold upon me
Hold my breath until the end.
You lie in unforgiving waters
Alone with secrets, your one friend.
Soon you'll feel the cold surround you
Lie, be still, my friend.
Together embrace an ocean
Guarded secrets aren't your friend.
Now pull us into darkness
Hold your breath forever; meet your end.

The rain fell for the last time,
The sun shined for the last time,
The moon rose, then it fell,
Bringing with it hopes of any new day,
The clouds are gone, but the sky's still gray,
Forever and a day,
Promises from me to you,
You to me,
What could we be?
A different day,
A different life,
Sometimes at night,
I lie alone
And feel the cold,
The tears are old,
Blood pumped through a lifeless heart,
Growing old.
Alone,
Pain threefold.
Spiraling down,
Dreams unraveled and now falling down,
Alone and cold.
Me to you.
You to me.
Thoughts embraced,
Days of old,
Now unknown.
Goodbye for now...
Crumble and fall...
