Short Poems for Kids...
Sharing short poems for kids with your children is a wonderfully creative experience.
My own experience with poetry impacted me enough that I'd saved my portfolio of elementary school poems!
As I was starting this site, I made a trip to my parents' house to find all of my old folders ~ a fun trip down memory lane.
Here's a sample poem for children...
I'll sip some fruit punch,
And play in the pool,
Then I'll make some lunch,
Then it's back for another swim,
If I race I'm sure to win.
