Sad Friendship Poem...
A sad friendship poem can tell stories of the past, present, and the future.
It can tell of happiness and joy or it can describe the feelings of terror, shame, and indecision in lost love.
As in break up sad love poems there may be a sense of hopelessness in recapturing the past and transmitting it to future love.
Yet, with that said, the best sad love poems don't always have to end as farewell poems.
The following sad poem is reflective of my own longtime fears of true love not seeing itself through to the future despite my effort toward clarity of mind, body, and soul.
