SBI Website Building...
Month #2 ~ Dec. '09
Month #2 of my SBI website building experience was exciting.
And, progress was much faster than with my 1st two websites using SBI.
Here are a few reasons why:
1) I wrote a TON. There's nothing more important than adding content consistently. In December alone, using the C*T*P*M process, I added 48 pages of new content.
2) The niche that I chose was far less competitive. Think about how many personal trainers there are with websites. I'm sure everyday a new one pops up.
3) I followed the SBI Action Guide (Written | Video) especially in terms of understanding the BrainStormIt! process.
4) My poetry website was accepted into the Yahoo Directory. This helps with increasing a website's reputability. It does come at a price of $300 though and has been my only monetary investment other than the purchase of SiteBuildIt! at the beginning.

Okay, so here are some of the vitals:
At the end of month #2 (December 2009), I had:
- 94 pages of content
- 1,477 unique visitors
- 2,805 total visits
- and 6,156 page views
I also ranked as high as #1 on Google for my main keyword term. However, it didn't stick and has spent more of it's time at #4 on the first page of Google.
For Next Month...
I think we're off to a great start, but mostly I just hope that you're enjoying all my poetry. We've had some great reader contributions and our Facebook fan page is becoming more active.
Hopefully I won't be writing any sad poems about traffic not doubling. Haha!
