Without this type of inspirational poetry, a whole series of emotions would not be captured in time.
If you've read my true love poems, best friends forever poems, or my secret love poems then you know how much of an optimist I am.
Without that optimism and poems about love and friendship, I'm sure this world would be a darker place not just for me, but for all those who have or are in need of hope.
This morning I wrote a love poem about making it through a tough time in life and seeing a bit of the light at the end of the tunnel ~ even if it's only the first glimpse on a long road ahead.
Waiting Whispers...
A moment ago you were my light
Mutually cultivate this silence
Waiting on your whispers
Rips in time return my sight
Overcome by a waterfall
That rips the past away
The present and the future
The only things that are here to stay
Running through the light now
Hand in hand and side by side
Never to repeat
Waiting whispers
