Short Poems for Kids

Just found some of my short poems for kids in my elementary school portfolio and thought I'd share.

There's even a little sticky note from my teacher that says, "A+ Excellent collection, David" ~ Weeeeee!

My Brother and My Sister...

My brother raids the refrigerator,
My sister pulls my hair,
They both own an alligator,
That gives me quite a scare.

Florida...

This week I am going away,
Florida is where I shall stay,
I'll get a tan,
And cook my food in a frying pan.

Karate...

I like karate,
It's fun to do,
I love to do forms,
I've almost got my black belt, too.
