Waiting

Why must it always be this way
I kept my silence day by day
As I watched you pass me by
With each step I begged to die
I have the lock, you hold the key
In the end you never noticed me
Its been 10 months since I saw you last
I wish I could push away the past
Deep down i still have this ache
This emotion i cant break
I fight the rush of tears
and all the horrible fears
I know we cant be together
But my love for you lasts forever
I do not want to forget
But I will always regret
That I didnt give us a chance
Yet you didnt give me a second glance
All i feel is the heartbreaking pain
wishing it can wash away with the rain
The thunder begins to sound
while my heart starts to pound
the lightening pierces the night
I wish you were here to told me tight
I cannot live this life with out you
I wish you can realize this too
Each night its you in my dream
It is your name that I scream
I believe in fate
So forever will I wait.
